Shipping Policy

We're committed to delivering your MOCAFINO coffee quickly and safely across Canada, with no surprises at delivery.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.


Shipping Methods & Fees

All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse via FedEx. You can choose between two delivery options at checkout:

  • FedEx Priority — estimated delivery 2–3 business days, $29 USD
  • FedEx Standard — estimated delivery 3–5 business days, $19 USD

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes — Included

Unlike many international retailers, MOCAFINO covers all import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there will be no additional charges from FedEx or customs at delivery.

This includes any applicable GST, HST, or PST depending on your province of residence.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Information

After dispatch, delivery takes an estimated 2–5 business days depending on the shipping method selected, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, address issues, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Please note: We deliver to street addresses only. P.O. Box deliveries are currently not supported by FedEx for our shipments.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If FedEx is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, no recipient available, or refused delivery, the package will be held at the nearest FedEx location for collection. After multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional reshipment fees may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are accurate at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the FedEx website.
